Kitchen Faucet parts

I am having a problem sourcing a control handle for my Sonoma kitchen faucet. I only need a handle and grub screw as inner plastic cap that fits over the water control has cracked.
A replacement tap is expensive when including the shipping costs to Australia.
Does anyone know if there a way just to get just the handle plus grub screw? The parts are very light and, in my opinion, not be expensive to air freight?
Thanks..

Am I right that Australia uses BSP threads in their plumbing, so replacing the whole faucet is more of a problem for you?

Go to one of the big box home improvement stores and search for replacement faucet handles. You should be able to find something that would work.

I just bought universal fit lever handles to replace the handles on the shower mixing valve in our RV. Found them at Lowes.

The issue is that faucet handle that connects to the water controller component with the grub screw is a different size (smaller) than those available locally.
Lowes do not have any outlets in Australia but I could try and see if they (Lowes) will ship from the US.
Normally they dont/wont ship to Australia or if they do the cost to freight is expensive, which is a fact of life given the weight and size is minimal.
I will continue to look but I don't hold out too much hope. Thanks for your reply and I will try Lowes. Never know it may be the answer.
