Sounds like a tough one. Or at least weird.
The plumbing in this size trailer is usually in series. From sink to sink to tub/shower or whatever is physically next. I would open up a few panels and try to follow your plumbing back to the source. Looking for a kinked or blocked line.
Being new and under warranty, you probably don't want to get too carried away.
Maybe someone will have a better answer.
