Leak around grey water drain...

While emptying all the holding tanks on our 28rkx at a local rv dump I noticed some dripping coming from around the grey water holding tank drain pipe in the middle front of the trailer. I was also using the black tank flush at the time. Anyone have any ideas of how things are hooked up there behind the protective covering? Any plumbing diagrams out there that might give me a clue as to what is hiding up there?

Was the drain open, as recommended?

Yes the black water drain was open while I flushed the tank. I had the shower and sink grey water valve still open too. The drips were coming down from where the grey water drain pipe exits the underbelly. I'll have to crawl under the trailer and take a look, just not looking forward to opening up the underbelly so I can see what is going on. Not sure how to patch it up so everything stays in place when I'm done.
