leaking toilet at base

My toilet is leaking at the base. How do I repair the leak? I have the seal.

The seal that goes at the bottom of the toilet?
If you don't know how to remove the toilet, there should be an online manual at the toilet manufacturer's website that will tell you how to remove it and replace the seal. Those seals aren't very durable.

If it's the flange seal they're all pretty much the same as far as replacing them.

1. Remove the water line.
2. Remove the two hold down bolts.
3. Lift the toilet off the flange.
4. Remove and replace the gasket.
5. Reinstall the toilet in reverse order 3 to 1.
