legit or scam
Hey everyone,
I am newer to travel trailers and was tossing around the idea of getting a portable waste tank. I had found one on amazon and I received a popup from Microsoft Edge shopping showing a lower price for the Rhino 28 gal tank, link below. The price is incredible so it has me wondering if this is legit, and curious if anyone has used this site? I know if it is too good to be true it usually is, but thought it was worth asking about.

There are a lot of discrepancies on that website.
I'd at very least call the listed phone number and see what they sound like.

That looks like a ghost store. They are simply a US address for foreign ( usually Chinese) company. These companies set up a web site with a US address but have no other interface with the customers. The item will ship from wherever and if there are any issues you will need to deal with wherever and if you are unhappy you may have to return it to wherever for likely more postage than you paid for it. Recently there are a lot of these ghost stores popping up. I would Run.

A good quality, low maintenance and few moving parts choice is Barker. Lots of sizes available and the larger tanks have large wheels for convenience. We carry a 32 gallon, four wheel steerable model.
No lifting to empty, easy dump with the dump valve and tows behind our truck to the dumping station.

Wise choice. The website is riddled with the typical grammatical errors that scammers usually make. Scam.

The images are pretty bad. And why would they sell RV waste tanks along with drones?
Looks and smells like a scam.

Buy from a legit vendor. I took a chance and bought my Rhino tank from rvpartscountry.com, as they had one of the best prices. was not familiar with them. Item never came, Fedex screwed everything up. Spent hours on phone with Fedex, as the website has no working phone contact, and all my emails were being ignored. Luckily I have good credit card who cancelled the sale. Another ghost company as someone said.
**Wound up getting it on Amazon for 166 bucks (28g) back in 2019. I see you can get it on Amazon right now for $114.69. They were in short supply back in 2019.

Glad you got what you need because the address for the business comes back on Zillow as being a house that has been for rent for quite some time.

If you're buying a waste tank from there, expect disasters of the smelly poopy kind. Good luck, stick to more reputable webstores!
