LH/RH Bathrooms

All ways looking at trading/upgrading, always maybe next year. My floorplan has the bathroom on the passengers side. With this configuration the blackwater dump valve has a long reach rod installed to dump/flush. I had to modify the reachrod and cut the underbelly to lube the valve stem (to get it to work easely). Why doesn't FR doesn't install a small access for maintenance? With a drivers side bathroom is the reachrod a direct pull on the valve or does it have a reach rod/cable attachment. It seams with larger models have a "utility station" with an access door with pull handles. I would like to have a direct pull on all my dump valves. Does anyone have input on this?

doesn't really matter where the bathroom is, has to do with where the tank is situated

I just thought the "Toilet drop tube" was inline with the black tank. Mine has a long exit tube that joins with the grey tank exit tube. No valves on the drivers side, just long reach rods.

the tube is normally as straight as can be to get to tank, but since the drain for the tank is on the side, it will be facing the pass side, so hopefully not to far away.
