Lights flicker when water pump runs

My husband changed water pumps today. We just turned it on and ran water in the sink. The lights flicker the whole time the pump is running. The old pump was 5.0 amps and the new one is 4.5 amps. What would cause this?

I installed a dimmer switch for my LED lights and it causes flickering with DC motor use, like pump and especially awning motor.

Do you have a dimmer on the lights?

I have a 2013 2109s and have always had the flickering lights when the pump runs. I think it is a bad or loose ground, but so far I haven't found it.
