Little pressure

Hi I have a 30ds fr3. Since I purchased it 9 months ago I have had very little water flow at the sinks, shower and toilet. I have good pressure coming in from hose bib and good pressure at outside shower.

Did I not de winterize it correctly? I just emptied the black and gray and rain water. Did i nit open a valve? Any thoughts on what problem could be? Anyone know if these have an inline filter somewhere, if so I have yet to find it.

Clean your faucet aerators and pull the flow restrictor from your showerhead.

Ok this will fix the toilet water from dribbling out. The toilet seems to be the first to be feed where water comes in.
