Red face lukewarm water in XLR Hyperlite

Central Arkansas resident.....Our home burned down in May and we have been living in our XLR Hyperlite Toyhauler while re-buliding. Looks like we will be in the camper thru January or February so some cold temps coming soon, We are hooked up to 30 amp service and using electric everything right now. the hot water is lukewarm at best..... any thoughts as to the issue? thanks so much
