Multiple Grey Water Tank Drain Problem

On our 2013 Palomino Columbus 320RS, we have one black water drain valve, and two grey water drain valves, one of which dangles below the bottom of the underside enclosure. That second one doesn't seem to be opening, resulting in a full Grey 2 tank.

Has anyone encounter this, and if so, have you removed the bottom enclosure to access (perhaps replace) the valve? Or was the problem elsewhere (like a clog)?

The plumbing is a bit of a mystery since everything is covered.

Thanks,
Chris
