mystery switch?

OK so we are newbies. We have a 2018 FR wolfpack 315pack12 toy hauler. We have had it at a campground since new and have always used the Suburban hot water heater on electric only. We have the switch outside the RV turned on, this is the one inside hot water heater panel, everything is good. We are getting ready to go on a trip and might need to boondock, so the question is how do we run the hot water heater on propane only? I have read a TON of stuff but not sure. I know the switch outside needs to be turned off. But the only switch we have on the control panel inside is what we THINK is a heater for the fresh water tank so it does not freeze. Look at the pic. It is the switch that says HTR, and it is located next to the 12v water pump switch. Is this the fresh water tank heater or is this how you turn on the propane to the hot water heater?

Thanks KLrobert so there is no such thing as a heater that keeps the 110gal fresh water tank from freezing? We thought that is what that switch was!!!! Our manual is not detailed enough to tell us!

Some holding tanks do have a 12 VDC heating pad attached to keep them from freezing.

We thought this was a heating type pad as that is what the dealer said, of course we retained about 10percent of what they told us that day!

I don't believe klrobert said "there is no such thing as a heater that keeps the 110gal fresh water tank from freezing". I believe he said "red HTR switch turns on the water heater propane burner."

I'm not familiar with your unit but I'd guess the blue switch labeled "HEATED HOLDING TANK SWITCH" is what turns on your tank heater(s). Mine turns on heating pads for 2 gray tanks, 1 black and 1 fresh water tank.
