Walmart carries Camco Rhino extension sewer line kits, too. CHEAPER!
I'm a bit confused. Are you needing to drain from two sewer dump valves? Is one just grey water (no solids)?
An option, once you get your main length problem solved, is to use fitting at one of the dump outlets or in ground inlets that also has a garden hose fitting. There are dump drain caps available with the garden hose fittings. Then connect a garden hose from the grey tank to the other fitting. Smaller, easier to deal with than wyeing 4" sewer hose.

The orange fittings all come off the brown hose. You just need to turn the black locking part the right way. One way tightens, the opposite loosens. Then you can attach another fitting of your choice, including that swivel coupler.

Wayne O, if there is a single dump pipe at your site you may need both the swivel coupler and the wye fitting. The swivel coupler would be needed to join 2 hoses where one of your tank drain ports is more than one hose length away, and the wye fitting would be needed to connect the shorter hose from the other drain port to the longer hose, and then another short hose from the wye to the 90 deg bend at the dump pipe.

I had A similar issue and wanted to convert that hose into an extension hose. I unscrewed the fitting that came on the hose and then screwed on the preferred fitting which I ordered from Amazon, the third fitting pictured by the OP.

As I said in the original post, that fitting doesn't work.

Walmart's extension kit is only 10 ft. long just like the ones found elsewhere.
The two sewer dumps have grey and black.

This is what purchased. I thought it was what you pictured, but perhaps not:

This is what I did.
I bought enough hoses and fittings and made what I needed. I have three extension hoses if the inground port is far away.Click image for larger version

You can buy just the hose or just ends at better camping outlets costs more though.

I've had dumping ports at various campgrounds located anywhere from the front of my rig to behind the back of my rig so I carry enough hose to attach end to end if necessary to accommodate. I personally like the T because in many hook ups I only need to use 2 hoses instead of always needing 3 with the Y. It's easier keeping all waste going down hill for me. To each his own. What ever works, great.

Think you would need to take one "L" off and replace with a new fitting.

For some options, here is a page showing all the RhinoFLEX kits and parts you can get:
https://www.etrailer.com/s.aspx?qry=Rhinoflex

This is the page showing how that tee is supposed to be used:

The hose won't come off the 90 degree sewer fitting, but your two extension hoses should connect to the opposite end of the hose, then connect to your RV.

It will come off the 90.

The 90 does come off the hose. I don't have 2 extension hoses. I have 2 hoses with 90 fittings on each.

If you remove that 90 degree end and replace it with an end like I linked in post 29 you will then have an extension hose that you can link together or add other fittings. The new fitting screws on. Several people have posted similar links on this thread.

This would be the cheapest option https://www.etrailer.com/RV-Sewer/Camco/CAM39773.html courtesy of Oaklevel and itat.
