No Flush

I have a 2016 Georgetown XL 369. City water works everywhere except the rear toilet. When you flush, you get a water dribble. Is there a filter that needs cleaning or do I treat this as air bubbles in the line and break out my compressor?

I had a similar problem. Turned out that I blew compressed air through my water pipes to prep for winter. I did not bypass my hot water heater. The result was I blew calcium build up from inside the water heater into my water lines. It ended up clogging the water line to my toilet. I disconnected the water input line and tapped the end on the floor and the deposits came out. Put it back together and everything worked fine, toilet flushed normally.
