When you flush the debris from the lines have a small bucket under the faucet to catch not just the water but the debris itself.
The chunks can get caught in your Holding Tank Drain valves and cause problems with them leaking too.
We used to do this every time we had a new home installation and we connected up the water. We were VERY careful during installation and STILL debris got into those lines.
