Outdoor Facet runs if turned off

I have a 312QBUD. The outdoor kitchen faucet runs with a steady stream if turned off. If I turn it slightly on, it will slow to a drip every 10-15 seconds. Not a big deal when I camp on the weekend as I am in a seasonal site.

My friends and family like to help me when they see the facet drip by turning it off. It then requires me to re-adjust it on to slow it to a drip.

I know this is a dealer item, but I don't want to drag the camper back and burn $150 in diesel to fix it if I can do it myself.

Does anyone know how to get to the supply lines or if that is even the issue?
The sink is glued in and it seems like the front board has no screws to remove it.

Has anyone fixed this type of issue before?
Here is a link to the sink and setup: Forest River Forums - buckeyefan's Album: 2012 Salem 312QBUD - Picture

With all the water pressure off the camper, remove the knob, if it is two handle, remove the center cover with a knife, then remove the screw in the center and pull straight up on the handle. Once the handle is off, remove the big nut you see, and it will take a little effort, but remove the stem cartridge. Inspect all the "O" rings, and look for any debris that may be in there. Probably a damaged "O" ring, or debris. Don't open a beer, you won't have time to drink it. Takes about two minutes to remove, and the same to put back together.
