Outside Shower

Having had or 2015 Grey Wolf for almost a year now and until our last trip, had never used the outside shower. Even thou it has hot and cold handles, only cold water comes out. Looking at it i only see one inlet hose. Is cold water only correct ??? If so, at least it could have 2 cold water handles.

Not to change the subject, but I wondered what my shower looks like, haven't used it in 3 years. Which key fits? Storage key or door key? Put WD40 on, but my keys don't seem to fit.

Interesting: I had an older FR Grand Surveyor for about five years and we bought a 2015 Cherokee Freedom Express last January. While camping at a local lake the g'boys went swimming and they knew to rinse off before going inside. I heard one of the boys yell and went to see what was going on and he told me that there was hot water coming from the outside shower. Well, DUH, of course there would be hot water coming from the shower IF the hot water handle had been turned. But no, the cold water handle was wide open with hot water coming out of it. You guessed it--the hot water handle had cold water coming our of it. Actually this was a simple fix, I removed the entire outside shower enclosure and found that the hoses did have screw on type fitting to each handle. Just reverse the hoses and all has been well since. I understand that some of these hoses have a crimped on type fitting and cannot be reversed without cutting the crimped fitting off and having proper crimp fittings and a tool to replace them.

Any reason you can't replace the keyed latch with a thumb latch?

Our 26DBH has hot and cold lines run to the back of the shower. Both work as they should.

Should be hot & cold. Time for some warranty work if your dealer's close by.
