Oxygenics Shower Head in pieces

My OXYGENICS shower head has been stored in the closet since I sold my camper.. Just bought a FOREST RIVER WILDWOOD RV.. now discovered my OXY shower head is in pieces. Not sure how it came apart. The control valve is disconnected from the hose and the head. I might be missing some pieces, not sure. There seems to be a threaded screw sticking out of the shower head.. but it will not screw into anything. When you put the pieces together the screw goes into a hole,.. but because the connection is "notched".. it can't be turned to tighten. It seems like maybe it is supposed to be tightened from up inside the shower head.. but it will not come apart. Now that I have totally confused everyone.. Any suggestions?

Here are the pieces I have.

end of hose:

end of shower head, control valve and small black rubber washer. By the way.. the washer is oblong shape and matches the oblong opening in the shower head, where the screw is protruding:

I've had an oxygenics in my home shower for years. It is leaking from a small split in the plastic. Not sure why. It seems the two halves that were melted together aren't exactly melted together anymore. I may contact them to see if they'll replace mine. Wow. Glad I read this. Thanks.

I read, somewhere.. that, how they honor the warranty, depends on where you purchased the shower head. Not sure if that's true.. but they did ask me where I purchased my OXYGENICS Body Spa.
