Position of valves - newbie question

We just purchased a 2014 Cedar Creek 34RLSA fifth wheel. There are a number of control valves in the water compartment. Some for winterizing and others for control of the flow of water during campIn season. I have tried several configurations but I’m somewhat confused even though there is a diagram on the compartment wall. I filled the water heater put some water in the freshwater tank and have run water water through the system and filled the hot water tank. I am still getting air spurting through all faucets on both the hot and cold water sides.

Can someone explain the correct position of the valves for summer camping. Also, what specific water filter is used in this system?

Thanks, Bill
