As we used to say at the company I retired from "You can have something that does anything you want if you don't mind paying what it costs".

Don't know about alarms but you can save pressures for future analysis.

I have an expansion tank in my trailer to help with the problem that occurs when the cold water in the water heater expands. I have one in my house as well. Before I installed an expansion tank, my house pressure would increase fro 50PSI to 120PSI. Although I never measured it in my trailer, it is likely just as bad.
