Primetime Tracer 3200 BHT

Hello all, new to the forum. I had a little trouble figuring out how to post? I'm technilogically Challenged. I'm sure this has already been asked, but, can someone tell me how to access my water pump? It didn't work from the beginning and it almost a year old? Fortunately, we normally camp where there is water. But, I will need it next month. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

On my Tracer 2600 RLS it is behind a panel under the kitchen sink.

Pump

I think mine is beside the bed, but I don't see an access panel? I called the service department from where I bought it, he said it's hid very well. So I will check it this evening.

It should be near the city water connection on your camper behind a removable panel. Look for a in-line fuse on the power supply to the pump and check.

It runs

It runs, just doesn't pump. Hopefully I just didn't look close enough and there's a removal panel beside the bed?

On your Tracer, is there a selector switch to choose, pump, city water etc.?

The pump is in the rear bedroom. As you walk in the panel on the left right at the ladder. Under the shelves. Remove four screws from 2 foot by 2 foot panel. No where near city water hook up

These units come with a winterizing kit installed from the factory. That provides a few valves and hoses. Make sure it is set to pull from the fresh water tank and not the pink fluid hose. Also make sure the suction screen is clear of debris

My question is how do winterize it or sanitize the system if the pump has never worked?

Winterize

Well, we bought it last January, we are in College Station, TX, we don't normally have cold weather for long periods of time, so I just plug it in. To be truthful, we've had campers for many years, I normally just drain everything. Haven't had trouble in the past? Thanks again for the help.

Thanks

Well, you were right, strange place to put the pump? The winterize valve was open? Thank you very much!!!

Ps. Can't understand why the folks at the camper place couldn't tell me where the pump was???
