Prism 2150 LE Water Pump & Hot Water Heater Questions

We have a 2017 Prism 2150LE, and have yet to find the water pump. Have not had a problem, but would like to know how to access just in case. Some people have said theirs is under the shower & accessed through removing panels in the rear storage compartment, or under the grill below the oven. As nothing is particularly easy to access, I'm not expecting anything simple. Anyone have advice (and what model is it likely to be?)

Also, has anyone switched to a tankless hot water heater, and what do you think?

The way to find you water pump is turn it on open a faucet enough to cause the pump to run and then follow the noise once you find the noise look in that area both inside and in the compartment areas for access. Many folks have switched to tankless use the search function at the upper right of the page there are numerous articles about that mod.
