Pump wont shut off

Filled our FW this evening to test out the pump on our new TT. Filled the water heater and ran all faucets. The pump never shut off. Even when we have all running water turned off, it still seemed to run. Checked troubleshooting in manual and not much help. We didnt notice any leaking around the pump or anywhere. Any suggestions? We go in a couple of weeks for our 60 day inspection. May have to add this to our list of issues.

Did you purge all the air out of the water heater? If not, open the relief valve until water comes out of it. How full is the fresh water tank? Be sure no air is getting from the fw tank to the pump. Seems that you may have air in the system somewhere.

Your pump may be like mine. There is an adjustment on the front for a pressure switch to start & stop the pump.
Look for a book on the pump to explain how to set the switch.

We had an Artis Pump in our new trailer on our first system test camp trip that was going on and off all night and some air coming out of the tap. We tried adjusting the pressure screw but that didn't help. We contacted our dealer and they sent us a new Shurflo 4008-101-E65 by courier next day and it's working great - no air or cycling. We realized this pump was twice the cost of the Artis so big thanks to our awesome dealer. The hard part was getting the outside shower off to access the pump and working in a tight space. We also got a rachet pex crimper so we can fix any other water system issues.

After filling the FWT you need to set your system back to city water or your pump won’t shut off. Had the same problem on my Montana.

Even with air in the system a properly adjusted pump will shut off when the air is compressed to set pressure.

Sounds like OP's pump is a bypass type pump and is improperly adjusted. There are TWO settings on this type of pump and if improperly adjusted the pump won't shut off.
