Question on sink faucet cold/hot handles -

Our cold water tap has started to squeak in our bathroom when turning on/off water. What should I use to make that noise go away and to prevent from happening again?

Thanks!

I replaced mine twice. Not sure if their is a manufacture replacement available that doesn't squeak over time/usage. Maybe a HD/Lowes item?

Shut the water supply off, remove the faucet handles, pull the faucets apart and lube with Danco Silicone lube and put it all together. Did it to shower, lavatory and kitchen faucets. Stops the squeaks.
