Will be a waste of two products. Soap, an alkalin base, plus vinegar, an acid, cancel each other's abilities.

If those are your choice ingredients, wash with the soap then rinse with the vinegar.

(Mother used to rinse my hair with vinegar to get the soap out[emoji4])
