Reattach Grey Tank Heating Pad

My Forester Class C has heated tanks. The heat pad on the grey tank has pulled out of the front mounting bracket and is hanging down. What should I use that would not be effected by the heat to glue the pad back to the tank? I don't think I can loosen the bracket and tuck it back under as the pad is too short to reach through the bracket. Thanks,
