Removing this panel

I have a 1997 Coachman Leprechaun that the previous owner failed to winterize so I ended up with some leaks right under the fill/valve panel. I am sure I can easily replace the hoses, but I cant seem to figure out how to remove the panel to get at them. I know the positional valves come right off and there are 4 screws that I can remove. What has me puzzled is the fresh water siphon fill. How do I remove that without breaking off the thumb screw? Or do I even have to? Here is the picture. The fill is on the far left. (Sorry..ended up upside down)
