Replacing Thetford Toilet

We have a 2017 Forester 3011ds with a plastic Thetford toilet that we would like to replace with a porcelain bowl model.

Has anyone done this? What brand and model fits in this very small space?

Any words of wisdom or advice you want to share? TYIA

changing toilets has been the subject of tons of articles on the forum you might check the library or use the search function at the top of the page. Measure your space to the back and sides and then pull up the specs for the different toilets. I think changing to a porcelain elongated bowl is a great upgrade. good luck
