San-T-Flush fitting

G’day, I have an’04 Wildcat 5r with “San-T-Flush” exterior fitting For flushing my black tank. It has worked well up until our last 2 outings.
When I hook up the hose to the fitting, I turn on the water to pressurize the hose, but the water does not flow into the tank. I am thinking that the outlet port is blocked by tissue or organic matter inside the tank.
My question to the group is, how can I eliminate the obstruction? High pressure water? High pressure air? Manual removal of the port to clean it? And if so, how do I access the tank?
I appreciate any and all suggestions. I would rather not have to take it in for repairs, but can do so if necessary.

San-T-Flush fitting

There is a check valve at the hose attachment fitting. It’s visible from the outside. Try pressing on the stem to see if it’s stuck. You can also remove it where it’s screwed into the rig and after removing it from the hose inside you should be able to tell if that’s the source of the obstruction.
