Second water tank vent?

How would one get a drawing or picture of a water on a trailer, and see the location(s) of the connections to it? We've got a 2020 Salem 26bhhl and there are two fresh water vents underneath. One is on the left side, next to the drain. This one leaks water when we're filling and the tank is full at home. The second one is on the right side and it leaks water once we connect the trailer and move it from the driveway to the street. It'll sit there and leak a pretty good amount while I'm putting g the sway bars on. Just curious where on the tank this second line connects, height wise, and if there is a reason I have to water the street every time we go somewhere.
TIA
