Shower Faucet replacement

I am looking to replace the faucet in my shower and the hose hooks up at about a 45 Angle. Fixture mounts horizontally and Im concerned if I replace it with the D-spud valve pointing straight out the backside will shower wand hose clear the stall wall. Has anyone experienced this in the past.

My FR3 shower wall stud is a 2x4. The black tank roof vent is in the same wall. I used the 2x4 to mount a vertical handicap rail. I am also thinking of installing a single handle faucet.

Here is one that might work.

I just looked at a video tour of your MH. Just turn the new valves where the outlet points down and you will not have any problems with clearance. Pointing down is the way most are installed today.
