Shower Faucet replacement

I have a 2021 Vibe 21BH and would like to replace the shower hot and cold faucet.

The original equipment faucet is poor quality, hot and cold knobs turn in opposite directions to adjust water flow, and is is very difficult to regulate the output water temperature and keep it regulated.

Has anyone replaced their OEM shower faucet? If so, what brand/type of faucet did you replace it with? Did it improve the operation/function of the shower water regulation?
