We just bought a 2019 Vibe 24 dB. I did notice the shower surround was cracked when purchasing and dealer said he would fix it. Got it home (8 hours away) needless to say it’s worse than prior to the “fix”. About 6 inches in total. Do we need a new surround or is there another way to fix it? At this point we’d just rather do it ourselves than haul it all the way back. Thanks!
You might search out a local auto body shop that is trained in fibreglass repairs.
You want to fix this before water has a chance to get through and become mold.

Contact Forest River and order a replacement. I haven’t ordered a surround but have ordered a fender, aluminum skirt and caulk. They were very helpful.
First thing I would do is drill a very small hole at both ends of the crack. That will stop the crack from getting any longer. They make epoxy kits for repairing cracks. Depending on where the crack is, I might just repair with eternabond tape.
Pictures would be good. Is it an actual one piece surround insert, or is it wall panels and a bottom pan? One I would try to fix, the other I would replace.
