shower water pressure

Have a Rockwood Roo and the shower water pressure comes out poorly.
It does not spray, its similar to lobbing out of head if understand this. Water is on all the way. Kitchen and bathroom sink water has pressure.
Any ideas ??

Pull the shower head off and see if pressure out of the shower hose is fine. If not, I'd suspect a kinked hose. Is this a new problem? Does the Roo have a shower miser?

Have pressure coming out of shower hose, took apart shower head,
shower now starts out well then fizzles again.
Sorry, but what is a miser ?
Campsite next to us says they have no problems.

Is there a screen filer in the shower head or handle? It may be partially clogged with particles (calcium, sand, grit, etc).

Do you have an outside shower? Swap the shower heads between the two. See if the problem follows the shower head.
