shurflo 4008 water pump won't shut off automatically

I am sanitizing my water system and I noticed my water pump is not shutting off. I purged the lines of air and I know the water heater is full. The manual says i may need to turn the switch screw counterclockwise to lower the pressure at which the pump will auto shut-off. The manual does not point out the switch screw or by-pass screw so I can't adjust them if I wanted to. Please help.

See if this will help you out.

How To Adjust The Pressure Switch On A SHURflo Water Pump

Sounds like the Pressure Switch is set too high and it's overlapping with the bypass. Full bypass is supposed to occur at 65 Psi with the shutoff happening at 55 Psi.
