Sonoma 167BH faucet and external shower...

We just bought a lightly used 2017 Sonoma 167BH and promptly went camping for 4 days. Overall we're quite happy with our purchase. Couple of plumbing repair questions though....

The galley faucet drips. Looks like a pretty cheap fixture and I'm wondering if I should even bother to tear apart and replace washers or just buy a new one.

Similar issue with the external shower. It's dripping where the hose connects, but not too much. Since we tend to camp in places without access to potable water, every drop matters so I'd like to remedy the leaks before next weekend's adventure.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Replace the cheap ones with something better. You might try taking just tightening or removing and using some teflon tape on the hose end and reinstall.
