Suggestions for adding sink in Wildwood 2016 19.5BH

Had our first trip with our new 19.5 BH trailer. For some reason I didn't think much about not having a sink in the bathroom when buying the trailer. After watching everyone wash their faces, brush their teeth and spit flying everywhere and into the kitchen sink over and over I'm desperate for some way to install a sink in the bathroom.

I'm thinking about buying a stand alone stylist sink with a drain hose and stand it freestyle in the tub. They can use the shower handle to add water to the sink and it will drain into the tub. The bathroom has a wall to wall tub with shower on the left side and a flush toilet center. Very small. Maybe a swingout arm that nestles to the shower head wall side? Husband is not impressed with my solutions

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

How about just mounting a mirror in the shower and making them brush in there?

...that won't work. Inconvenient to climb into tub or bend down to spit into the drain. I'd have a shower nightmare of gobs of toothpaste all over the place- my males are inherently lazy and would balk.
