Sulphur smell

After we leave our new silverback 37 bh for a couple of day, we returned and the water both hot and cold smells like sulphur . After running the water for a long time the smell decreases but does not disappear. My wife swears its hooked up to the sewer. I washed the camper last week and didn't detect any smell . Any thoughts about where the smell coming from

Thanks Gene

Hi,
In hot climates the water system will get funky in just a short time. If I was you, I would drain the hot water tank and low point drains and sanitize the system with bleach.
In the future, if you are not going to use the trailer for a week, drain everything, every time.

The extent is dependent on the concentration of the dissolved elements in the water. Drain water heater and water lines before leaving and you should be OK. Fill a glass with the water and let it sit in the RV and you will see what is going on in your water system.
