Sureflo Pump
Can anyone tell me if this pump has a pressure adjustment anywhere on it. Mine has taken to not shutting off if the battery is below 11.75 volts . Works fine on the generator or fully charged battery. Was wondering if possible if turning the prep down a bit might help or if after 10 years maybe it’s lived it’s life? Thanks in advance!

No idea on your actual question- if the pump is shot or can be fixed.
BUT..
Your batteries should not be under 11.75 volts. That's a dead, dead, dead battery.
You typically don't want to go much under 50% state of charge with most lead-based batteries.

the switch is actually inside the black cover you're removed. If you pull off that round black plug there should be a screw, that adds/removes tension from the spring that pushes on the reed switch to cycle the pump. I've replaced reed switches before, available at Grainger or McMaster-Carr. Sounds like it's voltage related so you need to fix that problem, this is just a symptom.

As others have said, you have more of a voltage problem rather than a water pump problem. However, the screw boxed in red should be the pressure switch adjusting screw.

I wondered about that but couldn’t find any info on adjusting. Thanks much!

The question is simple. Does anyone know if this model of pump has a pressure adjustment on it and looks like I got my answer.
Also thanks for this great voltage chart.
Cheers

People ask "simple" questions all the time. Doesn't make it the right question to ask.
But hey, I'll just move you to my "do not call" list and we'll let it be.

Sure the question was simple but it didn't deserve a simple answer.
Folks were just trying to be helpful.
As mentioned, if your voltage is 11.75v the pump doesn't have enough voltage to pump up to pressure. Adjusting the screw is a band-aid at best.
