Glad you found the source. It stinks that makers go so cheap on these
things! HWH should not be on the converter circuit IMO but there you go.
It's possible they ran the wires for the HWH outlet back to the power center
and put both the converter AC input on the same breaker as the HWH
right there at the breaker.
If that's the case it's an easy fix to add another circuit breaker.
Assuming you have a spare slot in your breaker panel that is.....
Mine are simple plug in breakers and available at most any home center
or well stocked hardware store.
Maybe yours are the same.
