Tankless water heater

I have a 2012 Wildcat with tankless Wildcat. It does not seem to get very hot anymore. When it is very cold out, it gets Luke warm. As it warms up outdoors, it warms up, but not hot, hot. Any suggestions?

What brand of tankless heater? On my girard 2G WHAM tankless heater there is a dial on the bathroom wall that controls the flame in the heater. I usually have it set at 1:00. Also I do not use the cold water at all. If the water is too hot I turn the the hot water nob up. If it’s too cold I turn it down a little. This regulates how fast the water goes through the heater. Slower the water goes through, the hotter it will be. Faster=cooler.

Also make sure you have the air out of all the hot and cold water lines. Don’t forget your outside shower as well.
