I had our 2019 2507S winterized and de winterized by Gander RV. The did not empty the anti freeze in the tanks nor did the replace the water filter... it was sitting on the bathroom floor. They also left a faucet on the outside kitchen sink in th open position. When I hooked up the water, the tanks stared leaking where the pipes attach under the trailer. The outdoor sink over flowed as well. We had water on the floor. Having gander RV coming to check on things at the seasonal site.
Concerns....with potential water damage....not knowing structure mounting of tanks and connection under floor? Also, if flooding may have occurred at filter location.
Camping World bought out Gander Outdoors. Gander RV is the new name they gave the facilities where CW has moved into the GO buildings. New name, same people, same rotten service.
