Thetford toilet replacement

We have a thetford toilet in out camper and I hate it. Its the plastic model and it makes horrible noise when you sit on it. I would like to put in one with a china or ceramic bowl. Like the dometic 310 or 320. Does anybody know if there is a direct bolt in replacement? Thanks

Give this a read.

Are Thetford and Dometic toilets interchangeable?

Either the 310 or 320 will mount to existing platform you have today.
The 320 is an oval elongated bowl versus the round one you have today which is the same as the 310. We did not have the space to the back wall for a 320 so I installed the 310 ceramic.

I replaced our 300 with the 310. The 310 is a really nice unit. The 320 is a little bigger. If you go with the 320 make sure you have enough room. There is plenty of info on the dometic website.

Turns out its a dometic 300. I still want to replace it and am glad its a easy job. There is some extra room behind it so I will do some measuring and hopefully replace it with a 320. Thank you for your info.
