Since you don't give any info on the age of your rv we can only speculate about your problem. You say there were problems with the sink aerator being plugged I can olny guess the rv is new and construction debris was the cause OR the rv is older and the water heater was drained and flushed out wrong and sediment from the anode rod was pushed into the plumbing. Either way the remedy is the same. There is a screen inside the flush valve, the valve cannot be disassembled and cleaned. If the screen gets plugged you need to replace the valve. I am not aware if anyone has found a way to back flush the valve after removing it from the toilet. Another problem with high mineral content water is the holes around the toilet rim can become clogged but it usually takes some time to do so.
