Toilet leaking at bottom

Our toilet is leaking freshwater at the bottom where it meets the floor. What could be causing this? Its not a lot but is enough to have to turn the water off.

In our old camper we had the same problem.
Removed the toilet and put a regular household "wax ring" on the flange, reinstalled the toilet, and never had another issue.

Yep seal probably gone but verify that the water is not coming from the valve on the toilet. I had an issue a few years ago and it looked like the water was coming from underneath but the valve had cracked and a tiny amount of water was seeping out. It ran down backside of the toilet and collected at the base.
