Travelling in November

The DW and I will be returning to Ontario from the southern states mid Nov. Once I get home, I will winterize & store the TT. The plan is to spend the last two nights boondocking at RV friendly casinos with the last night being spent in Niagara Falls. It is 'possible' that we will be travelling in below freezing temperatures as we get closer to home.

My question is at what point should I be concerned about freezing water lines? The furnace should keep us cosy at night and I can't imagine the grey and black water tanks being an issue but I'm wondering if I should put some antifreeze in the sink & shower traps or even run some through the water lines if the temperature really drops.

Has anyone had experience with this situation?

I have not boondocked in freezing weather I have stayed in RV parks with the temps in the mid to low 20s. The water line was disconnected each night but that was all I did. Nothing froze inside the trailer.

You could open cabinet doors where water lines are located just to be safe.

Thx for sharing your experience. I kind of figured the plumbing would be OK but its comforting to get confirmation. Keeping the doors open is an excellent suggestion.
