Truma tankless hot water

So I have Isata 3 series motorhome with Truma tankless hot water system. Had it winterized at camper inn, then I dewinterized it myself. Went to use it this weekend and the power was on at the panel and the dial was amber color, water heater and water pump on) and only get cold water. The propane works (able to get heat via propane). When I turn on the hot water knob then the Truma dial flashes 3 times fast.
Any thoughts

Did you remember to switch the bypass switches back to normal mode?
To test, turn off water and slowly open the yellow filter on the heater. You should see lots of water come out.

So I guess the little tank is empty. When pull yellow filter down nothing. I had the knob on fill tank then move d to dry camping. The knob for : winterize/sanitize...dry camping.... city water....and fill tank
Is there a specific way to fill that little tank?

The little tank on the Comfort/Comfort Plus is just a recirculation tank. So it will keep a small amount of water at temperature so you have a little quicker time to hot water. The comfort plus is a full recirculating system as I understand it.

You need to take the kitchen drawer out so you can see the bypass switches that are behind the water heater.

First, release tank pressure by opening the pressure relief valve at the top of the heater. Opening the yellow filter access could provide you with a big surprise.

Are you talking about the yellow lever at the top of the tank? If so when it is vertical the tank will drain. When the yellow lever is down / horizontal the tank will fill. It should stay horizontal for normal operation.
