Two drain hoses

This may be a dumb question but I have two blue hoses coming out of the bottom of our class c. One has a cap on it and the other does not. What are these two hoses? Is one the drain and the other a valve?

If they are near the fresh water tank one is probably to drain the fresh water tank and the other an overflow, but you should have a drain for the hot and cold water lines somewhere as well.

I have 2. 1 that's capped is the low point drain. The other is the fresh water tank drain and the valve to open is behind a panel with the pump and filter. Class C.

Thank you! That makes sense. I thought the cap was missing on the one and I just found the valve today, but wasn't sure what they were!
