Water drip

We just purchased a used 2014 Rockwood 296HW and after taking it out I noticed a water drip from what I assume is some kind of drain spot. Looked through all my manuals and couldn’t find anything about it. Does anyone know what this is. The drip is coming from the spout circled in red. This is located on the driver’s side toward the front.

If that's low point drains there should be valves just above the drains in a cabinet. It also could be an overflow if the fresh water tank is right above them.
