Usually Sulphur smell is caused by the water heater. What water heater do you have and does it have an anode rod? If it has an anode rod pull it and check it. There are lots of threads about this. Just use "Search" and you will get lots of info.
If you end up pulling the anode rod, be sure to turn off the water heater (elec & propane) and relive the pressure before pulling the rod.
