Water Filter

Just purchased a new Sandpiper and I'm unable to locate the water filter that is supposed to be included with this model. Can anyone tell me where it is.

I don't know about your model, but my new 09 Flagstaff 829FKSS has the filter located by the water pump. I had to removed a wood panel in my rear storage compartment to access the pump and filter area.

I've looked in every compartment in the unit and can't find it. I have a 345RET. The dealer has been unable to find it for me.

In the class c that I previously had, the water filter was under the rear bed near the fuse panel.

Mine is located where the city water comes in and that is located under the entertainment center. I have a Rockwood 8314.
We do not drink the water from the camper, we bring water with us from home, but that is getting old. My wife bought a BRITA water system and we will try it out next week end. I use the water for coffee in the morning then by noon it's beer o'clock.

Electricity and water, what a combination. Makes you wonder who thought that was a safe set-up?

Usually that panel is the return grille for the furnace but I guess it's possible that the filter could be located there on certain models.
